Returns are accepted for any reason under the condition that the item is in the same condition it was received in with original packaging.  You   must use a pre paid Australia Post Express satchel, with a tracking number ID.  Please email admin@killerheels.com.au to advise of your return along with this postal tracking number for our reference, if this is not provided we will not take any responsibility for lost packages & a refund will not be issued.

Once the item has been received by us we will be happy to refund you in full for your item and also the cost of the postal satchel. Please do not send via Regular post as it can not be tracked and your precious purchase may be easily lost. If you wish to return your purchase follow the 3 steps:

Step 1 - Place your Killer Heels Product into an Australia Post Express satchel & send back to address provided.

Step 2 – Email admin@killerheels.com.au postal tracking ID number, date of return & Killer Heels Invoice number.

Step 3 – Once your return a refund plus cost of the postal satchel will be refunded to you via the same method of payment that was provided for your purchase.
